The relevant source is in @source:CalendarServer/trunk/twistedcaldav/mail.py The ESMTPSenderFactory does not return for me. This leeds the calendar server into a locking issue which is finally shown in iCal as a "409 CONFLICT". The server in question is: smtprelaypool.ispgateway.de on port 465.
