Hi I am trying to setup calendarserver on a FreeBSD machine using the 3.0-dev source, I can get it to build without to much trouble, but would like to avoid building in support for OpenLDAP and Kerberos, since I have no intention of using any of these. As I read the build script, these should be optional, but how do I specify that I do not what to build them? I have disable OpenLDAP and kerberos, as well as wiki authentification in the caldavd-dev.plist config file, but that does not seem to do the trick. I am building using the run script supplied with calendarserver Could someone point me in the right direction, or is this simply not possible? Thanks in advance Best regards Lars N. Cleemann

DCS 2.4: synching proxied calendars on iphone 3G / 4

Hello, I managed to successfully setup the calendarserver version 2.4 for (currently) two users on Mac OS X 10.6. Both users use ical version 4.0.4 (1395.7) and in ical each of them can see the other users calendars as delegates. Both users can insert appointments into each others calendars. So far, so good. On the iphones (each user has one) there have been caldav-accounts created. But when synching over wlan (not using iTunes!), only the calendars are updated which are owned by the user of the iPhone. It looks like the ios client doesn't evaluate the proxies/delegate information for the caldav accounts of the iphones. Can anyone help me with this ? TIA Jochen

XMPP Notifications

I've configured notifications to ejabberd XMPP. I'd like to receive notification when an alarm is triggered, but it seems to not be happening. Are alarms only a property of the client? How do I get notified of the alarm? Based upon the alarm, I need to be able to push a notification to a [non-calendar] client.

Report query against CalendarServer always returns [] with "REPORT request body may not be empty" error

The server seems to be finding the request body to be empty, but it's not. I'm trying to look up *all* events from my calendar (on the Darwin CalendarServer) but am getting an empty set preceeded by the error "Request body cannot be empty". iPhone calendar doesn't update

Hi, I've been using the ical server in snow leopard server for a while, but recently i got issues that prevented some users from adding events, so i switched to trunk. Some errors went away, but one is left, that iphone calendars don't update with new events that are added in ical or the snow leopard web interface. What can be the cause of this? When i add the calendars they fetch all events, but new ones aren't added. This was the same with the ordinary ical server. Thanks!

CalDav and iCal intergration

HI I am building an online appointments app which I would like to integrate with ical. The biggest issue I'm having is that while I can get a script to connect and log in via CalDav, I can't get to a specific calendar in order to test adding & removing. Essentially I can connect to your iCal instance viahttps://cal.me.com/principals/users/blahblah@me.com/ and theusername / password however all this gives me is a directory overview page (perhaps for file storage?) and does not allow me to access any other folders as far as I can work out. The problem seems to be that to access a calendar you need to use a specific url in a specific format but I can't seem to find that online. Is there anyone out there that can help? REgards JOhn

Imip & [reply to:] field

Hi Is there a way to modify the [reply to:] field generated by the imip notification ? Currently, when calendarserver send an imip notification, the [from:] field contains a mail address, but the [reply to:] field contains caldav+8c4785ce-79ab-45bf-8d94-b2be31d198db(a)mydomain.tld I use calendarserver from trunk with an openldap directory on Debian Squeeze.
