The clients vary, at least in the Mac OSX version. We have 10.6.x , 10.7.x and 10.8.x and iPhones, Android phones and iPads. I hope I understood you correct and this is what you wanted to know.
It would probably be useful for you to try to track down which client is sending back the IMIP reply with the missing ORGANIZER. The server is rejecting that REPLY because it's not to spec (RFC 2446).
Another thing we see more often is:

What's here the problem? We're still onMac OSX Lion 10.7.3 and we want to fix these problems so ervey useful hint or link is appreciated.
Those are also harmless, and they are just saying that you can't do a free/busy lookup for an attendee who doesn't have an account on your server. VFREEBUSY over IMIP is not supported.
