Its 1 GB volume (ext3 filesystem with user_xattr set) with nearly 1GB free size. I already increased size of this volume from 100MB. I don't think that the free space is realy the issue there. Which file system do you use? Remember some file systems always reserve some blocks for the root user. You might want to try again with a larger file system, as it's most likely the cause of the problem here.
