Is there any documentation and/or utilities to import an exported ical ics file into a ical server group calendar?

This is on Leopard server 10.5.2 with a group setup with wiki and calendar sharing.  I want to take an existing

ical calendar and allow everyone in the group to view and edit this calendar.
