Sources for CF (Lite) are available under the APSL license. You can download them from the Apple Open Source site at http://www.opensource.apple.com/darwinsource/tarballs/apsl/CF-476.15.tar.gz although it is probably best to use DarwinBuild to build them. The build product does include the x86_64 architecture.
