[darwinbuild] Darwin Build Licensing

Hello all. I have a quick question: under what license is the darwinbuild code released? I'm a developer on the Gentoo Portage for Darwin/OSX project and would like to add an ebuild to our tree; to do so I need to be sure that the code is available under a compatible license. Thanks, -Nick DImiduk
