Good news: libdispatch r197 now builds and runs on Fedora Linux. I have published unofficial source RPMs for libdispatch and it's Linux dependencies (libkqueue, libpthread_workqueue, and libBlocksRuntime). This will allow you to build libdispatch on Fedora 16, and hopefully serve as a basis for porting to Red Hat Enterprise Linux and other RPM-based distributions.
