WXWindows port is broken and no ports depend on it. Can it be deleted?
Or it might be better to make the wxwindows port simply uninstall itself and install the wxwidgets port, like this:

There are locking/concurrency issues with recursively calling port from within an executing Portfile. That usage is a remarkably evil way of avoiding improving the base system.
