portfile howto?

Hello, I plan to write a portfile for rb-appscript [1]. I've never written a portfile before, so I was looking for some documentation. I found this in the archives: http://www.opendarwin.org/pipermail/darwinports/2002-October/015288.html which mentions a non-working link: http://www.opendarwin.org/projects/darwinports/portfileHOWTO.php Is that portfile howto available somewhere else? Or is there a newer version somewhere?
