#13046 is a pretty annoying, although minor bug with MacPort's OpenSSH port. There's a patch available, but appearantly there's nobody working on it right now. (It has been assigned to jmpp@macports.org )
Can somebody please have a look at it and commit the patch if appropriate? Kind regards,
But the bug was only filed 6 days ago, and was not Cc'd to jmpp, so he probably never saw it. I'm adding him (and you) to the Cc list now. Of course, I'm not sure why it's assigned to jmpp, since the port has no maintainer....
Thanks, Ryan. I've got mail from Stephen Purcell (macports@sanityinc.com) regarding that assignment:
I was the guy who filed this patch ticket, and perhaps I shouldn't have assigned it to jmpp@macports.orgjust because he was the last person to modify the openssh port. It's possible he's too busy to work on MacPorts, so perhaps you'd like to post to the mailing list and ask about it. There are a bunch of other committers, one of whom is probably willing to commit the fix.
Maybe that can help to clear things up. Regards, Christian -- Christian Aust mailto:christian@wilde-welt.de icq: 84500990 - AIM, MSN, GTalk: datenimperator skype:datenimperator
