p5-finance-quote doesn't work for TIAA/CREF quotes
Due to a change in the TIAA/CREF web site the p5-finance-quote package hasn't been able to get quotes for TIAA/CREF since about October 23. There is a (somewhat garbled) patch for this at <http://sourceforge.net/tracker/index.php?func=detail&aid=1821738&group_id=4232&atid=104232>.
