The attached patch to the Portfile uses ''svn co'' in the fetch phase to insure that the correct svn metadata is included. In addition, a pre-fetch phase is included to forcably delete a pre-existing distribution, prior to the fetch phase, if it does not contain metadata. This ensures that an existing installation will correctly upgrade in the presence of a pre-existing svn distribution without metadata. Given the 0.5.34 version, I'm unaware if this is following the legacy or (because it hasn't been updated in a while) stable branch. Hence the large version difference, but here's the update anyway. This is my first portfile/update, but I've done a quite a bit of testing and nothing seemed to break. Updating should work too, the auto/install patch installs the /etc/nginx files as foo.example not to clobber any previous configs from earlier installations.
