As nearly as I can tell, vim is getting built with -framework Python instead of the stuff python-config would give you (-ldl -lpython2.5). The patch from macfuse 1.5 is used, but the resulting sshfs works fine with macfuse 1.3 in my testing. I removed the -DSSH_NODELAY_WORKAROUND since this version automatically enables that workaround when needed.
