I have installed Ghostscript 8.62_1+Universal on a NFS share that is mounted by various Intel and PPC Macs. gs works fine on Intel Macs but does not work on PPC macs (gives Bus error). All computers are running OS X 10.5.2 with all updates applied. The only remaining issue is that the apr-util +openldap variant, which is needed if you want to build an Apache that does LDAP authentication lookups. Can we get an updated openldap port that uses db46? The version in MacPorts is pretty out of date and may not be able to compile againgst db46.
