Will gnucash use it? If so, then the variant needs to be enhanced so that gnucash does not use p5-finance-quote even if it is already installed (for example, via a configure option, if one is available for this). #19784: policykit 0.9 fails while making doc -------------------------------+-------------------------------------------- Reporter: jim@… | Owner: macports-tickets@… Type: defect | Status: new Priority: Normal | Milestone: Component: ports | Version: 1.7.1 Keywords: | Port: policykit -------------------------------+-------------------------------------------- This looks like a bug in the source which could be patched; in the <builddir>/doc/man, lines 556-557 of Makefile.in are: {{{ @MAN_PAGES_ENABLED_TRUE@%.1 %.5 %.8 : %.xml @MAN_PAGES_ENABLED_TRUE@ $(XSLTPROC) -nonet http://docbook.sourceforge.net/release/xsl/current/manpages/docbook.xsl $< }}} It's the `-nonet` option that's killing things; not only should it be `--nonet` (double-dash), it also seems kinda silly to specify an HTTP URL as the stylesheet, then tell xsltproc "oh, and don't use the internet to fetch that, now, got it?" The command: play <any sound file> used to work. Now it results in the following sequence of events: 1. The speaker makes a weird clunking noise. 2. sox displays the sound file metadata in the usual way. 3. sox sets up the "progress bar" line. 4. segfault. I re-installed sox after upgrading all dependencies; same result.
