I was attempting to follow the snow leopard ports migration guide. I had executed the following commands. port -f uninstall installed port clean --work --archive all I was able to successfully install a number of other ports, such as gimp and mplayer-devel. port install mysql5-server failed with the following messages: sh-3.2# port install mysql5-server ---> Computing dependencies for mysql5-server ---> Dependencies to be installed: mysql5 ---> Configuring mysql5 ---> Building mysql5 ---> Staging mysql5 into destroot ---> Installing mysql5 @5.1.48_1 The MySQL client has been installed. The issues have been fixed upstream and the fixes should be present in Qt 4.6.5, but it might be worth backporting the fixes.
