I don't know what's going on, as everything was working fine and then suddenly not so much. I have been trying to install screen +vertical_split and git-core, and both fail with similar error logs. I have attached the screen output log as well as the config log. I have also attached the git-core ouput log. I have gcc installed, and have put a link to gcc: /lib/cpp (cpp -> /libexec/gcc/i686 -apple-darwin10/4.0.1/cc1) like it's looking for however without any success. All ports should be up-to-date as I called selfupdate before starting the installation. I am using Xcode 3.2.6 on MacOs10.6.8. From the log file it seems that the first error is a failure to fetch a file from the archive: ":msg:archivefetch ---> Attempting to fetch py27-pyqt4-4.9.1_0.darwin_10.x86_64.tbz2 from http://packages.macports.org/py27-pyqt4 :debug:archivefetch Fetching archive failed:: The requested URL returned error: 404" I attach the log file. It appears that the resolver on darwin9 isn't thread safe, so opendkim crashes a lot (and even manages to kernel panic the machine). I've got a simple patch to configure.ac that fixes it there.
