Unable to activate port libjpeg-turbo. Use 'port -f activate libjpeg-turbo' to force the activation. }}} This tells us that a. libjpeg-turbo was installing its documentation in the wrong directory (fixed in r101682), and b. some other port is installing its documentation in the wrong directory and is furthermore bypassing the destroot to do so. Could you attach /opt/local/share/doc/README from any buildbot to this ticket, or let me know what's in it, so that we can identify the problem port and fix its documentation installation? I am trying to update MacPorts and Wine using this command: {{{sudo port selfupdate && sudo port upgrade outdated}}} The {{{sudo port selfupdate}}} worked fine, but when it came to the {{{sudo port upgrade outdated}}} I got an error that look like the following: {{{ ---> Configuring xorg-libX11 Error: org.macports.configure for port xorg-libX11 returned: configure failure: command execution failed Please see the log file for port xorg-libX11 for details: /opt/local/var/macports/logs/_opt_local_var_macports_sources_rsync.macports .org_release_tarballs_ports_x11_xorg-libX11/xorg-libX11/main.log Error: Unable to upgrade port: 1 To report a bug, follow the instructions in the guide: http://guide.macports.org/#project.tickets }}} Then when that didn't work I tried this command line: {{{sudo port upgrade --force installed}}} and I got the same error.
