Trying to set -no_x11 doesn't work since gtk2 is already built with it enabled, and port returns an error for that. I currently have XCode 4.1 installed. I've been using MacPorts successfully for quite some time and this appears to be an isolated problem. I tried building with clang in addition to llvm but neither compiler worked.
