Much of the package is irrelevant for if not incompatible with a system on which KDE is not X11-based. It is possible, however, to build the systemsettings application as well as the oxygen style. The oxygen style looks quite good and maybe more in line with the visual design of OS X 10.9 than Qt's native style; it also makes the layout more compact. As described on the mailing list this is not (yet) a perfect integration in the sense that it currently uses KDE-specific instead of reusable (from OS X apps) entries, but it's better than a completely separate password storage system. The snippet to add to the kdelibs4 portfile is below. This allows applications to gain privileges using the OS X security manager, which doesn't seem to work through dbus. As a result, I can now save my kwallet configuration through the KDE systemsettings (in the kde4-workspace port). The x265 cmake project targets Linux, so there's no addition of this ld directive. My question is this... Let me know the best way to add this directive to the cmake project.
