As described on the mailing list this is not (yet) a perfect integration in the sense that it currently uses KDE-specific instead of reusable (from OS X apps) entries, but it's better than a completely separate password storage system. The snippet to add to the kdelibs4 portfile is below. This allows applications to gain privileges using the OS X security manager, which doesn't seem to work through dbus. As a result, I can now save my kwallet configuration through the KDE systemsettings (in the kde4-workspace port). Sadly this is not the case for freealut: [https://github.com/vancegroup/freealut] The development system I'm using: OS X 10.5 (i386) (32 bit) Xcode 3.1.x (last version for 10.5) GCC from Xcode - 4.0 and 4.2 I've managed to compile the source code from github above as a Universal ppc/i386 .dylib and would like it added to MacPorts (with the +universal variant). The x265 cmake project targets Linux, so there's no addition of this ld directive. My question is this... Let me know the best way to add this directive to the cmake project.
