I want to deprecate qwt 5.1.2 and move the 'qwt' port to the latest 5.2 series, to match up with how the QWT project is handling their repos (latest 5 and latest 6). This appears to be a different problem from this other similar ticket https://trac.macports.org/ticket/46332 on examination of the log files. Then I tried again to install ghostscript and it worked just fine! So I guess that means ghostscript needs wxWidgets-3.0 but it isn't identified as a dependency in the ports tree. I can replicate the failure by uninstalling ghostscript and wxWidgets-3.0, then trying to re-install ghostscript. I also found patches in [http://anonscm.debian.org/cgit/collab-maint/gcc- arm-none-eabi.git/tree/debian/patches Debian] taken from gcc-arm-embedded containing more improvements. However, these are still targeting the 4.9 branch. Running the app at Applications/MacPorts/Zim, I get a window "Python exited unexpectedly", with the contents below (and I later need to force-stop the app). Running from the terminal, the call freezes after a few warnings (** (process:1210): WARNING **: Trying to regitser gtype 'GDriveStarFlags'as enum when in fact it is of type 'GFlags').
