If I'm trying to go about this the wrong way, let me know! Several changes: * I've switched to pulling from the pyvisa maintainer's github repository instead of PyPI * livecheck updated to use github URL * added py33 version. py-visa and its dependencies all seem to cater for 33. py-visa also lists 32, but there's no py32-setuptools. * altered warning about 64-bit python.
