Looks like OpenBLAS uses case sensitive directories for some items, including the lapacke headers installed in the post-destroot when +lapack is enabled. Which, by the way, is the default now as of a recent commit. It looks like the change needed is to replace "/lapacke/" with "/LAPACKE/". This works for me. Another option might be to used "find DIR -name "*.h"" and then just use those with "lapack" in the name. I didn't do any research on other ports. I made a lame attempt at building this version within the MacPorts framework by modifying the version 3.0.8 Portfile [updated the version, the checksums, and removed the patch]. With those modifications the build fails early when scons fails to locate ssl.h. I have zero knowledge of scons so I tried a couple of experiments. (1) Edit the Portfile and remove '-ssl' from the list of build.args That also made scons unhappy, as it complained that it knew nothing about '-cc' I slowly removed the build.args one by one until I was left with a build command that runs scons without any build.args: /opt/local/bin/scons all mongobridge mongosniff That build command actually runs and completes without error, although I am not sure what it builds. -Joseph -- Ticket URL: <https://trac.macports.org/ticket/50692> MacPorts <https://www.macports.org/> Ports system for OS X

The python interpreter seems to run as expected from the Terminal, however, when I try to invoke idle2.7, I am getting many many warning messages. Part of those messages can be seen in the attached screenshot. Moreover, the modules that I can import while using Python (that was installed through MacProts) in the interpreted mode raise errors with IDLE --screenshot also attached. I cannot find any solutions, I don't even understand the problem but it seems like a problem that occurs with python2.7.11 version on El Capitan.
