 (lib)webp has been updated to version 0.4.1.

 Google has moved the repo to
 https://chromium.googlesource.com/webm/libwebp/. What's more, the tarball
 needs extract.mkdir and use_autoreconf to configure and build. Also
 adjusted livecheck.
