 Hi,

 the `astyle-dev` port
  - doesn't adhere to our devel port naming scheme (it should have been
 named `astyle-devel`)
  - is older than the `astyle` port as of r119668

 I propose we mark `astyle-dev` with `replaced_by astyle` and remove it.
