ticket #15166

Hi all, I too am affected by bug #15166 and I see that it's had no activity since it was created. I'm very keen to use meld, but this bug means I can't. Has this ticket been forgotten about? Any plans for someone to fix it? I would be very grateful if somebody could do so!
