 Just like the title says. vtk 6.2.0_0 fails to configure (when I try to
 upgrade from 6.1.0_0).

 Says that CMakeLists.txt is missing.

 MacPorts 2.3.3
 OS X Yosemite 10.10.2
 Late 2013 Retina MacBook Pro
