Bug Fix: Upon installing asterisk a few directories are missing that are needed for operation such as all of the ones under /var/spool/asterisk and the /var/run/asterisk and /var/log/asterisk. Enhancements: * Added variant that allows caching of sound files to user's home directory under .asterisk_sounds_cache. This can greatly speed up installation time if using a .asterisk.makeopts file that selects all audio files for installation. * Created a base asterisk.conf file that points to all the correct directories for the asterisk configuration.
