 Found fix to build text mate 2 cleanly. Need to change build.ninja file at
 line 123 from

 {{{
   command = codesign -fs "$identity" $in && touch $out
 }}}
 to

 {{{
   command = codesign --deep -fs "$identity" $in && touch $out
 }}}
