I still don't understand how you can have /usr/lib/libstdc++.dylib and
have the linker complain "ld: library not found for -lstdc++" Because the non-default 'CC=/opt/local/bin/gcc-apple-4.2' and 'CXX=/opt/local/bin/g++-apple-4.2' know that they can't use the default ld?
