 Hi,

 solution I applied is the follwing:

 vi .profile

 And add:

 {{{
 export
 DYLD_FALLBACK_LIBRARY_PATH=/opt/local/lib:$DYLD_FALLBACK_LIBRARY_PATH
 }}}

 then run:

 open /Applications/MacPorts/KDE4/Amarok.app/

 and it should work.

 Please, be sure all those paths are right for you
