The build failed on all three buildbots because bison was not new enough so I added a bison build dependency.

That fixed the build on Lion and Mountain Lion but Snow Leopard is failing with this log: https://build.macports.org/builders/buildports- snowleopard-x86_64/builds/22196/steps/compile/logs/stdio
