There are a bunch of patches, used to compile in the Portfile. I will try to create a binary from source and submit it. Though this port has been updated in February (not by me) and it is so simple that I don't get why we have to use a binary.

That is weird behaviour, gonna try and replicate that.
Installing the +tcl variant of the hping3 package does not actually deliver an hping3 binary that has been compiled with TCL support. Terminal output:
