Comment:

 It is not intended for you to install the port "VTK". Instead please
 install the port "vtk44" (or "vtk5" if you prefer).

 The VTK port needs to be fixed to tell you this properly. The best way to
 do so is for the port to use the "obsolete" portgroup.
