 I tried to reopen #15876 but I don't have the rights. The problem was
 fixed in r38074, but r49252 reverted the change to `master_sites`.
 Fetching from there gets a file with md5
 `5f84ad52d092d5db4ad5916df767646b` instead of
 `9fcf4f1651b8e6d3f56f1ef665285b2e` as said in the portfile.
