What does {{{ ls -lash /opt/local/Library/Frameworks/Python.framework/Versions/2.7/lib/python2.7 /site-packages/Cython/*.mp_* }}} print? If it prints anything, you need to remove these files by deactivating the port that installed them or deleting them manually (if they are not provided by a port). There is nothing to be done by us here, since this is a problem with your local system.
nothing there. no *mp_* files So py27-numpy (and the python and the rest) used to work under mavericks and after the upgrade to yosemite and the mandatory macport reinstall, it stopped working. which tests can i do to provide more information of the situation? It seems related to cython. That too has been reinstalled.
