#50855: sslscan @1.8.2_3 fails building on 10.6.8 -------------------------+-------------------------------- Reporter: braumann@… | Owner: macports-tickets@… Type: defect | Status: new Priority: Normal | Milestone: Component: ports | Version: 2.3.4 Resolution: | Keywords: Port: sslscan | -------------------------+-------------------------------- Comment (by braumann@…): As I suddenly notice, the problem is apparently caused by a change in openssl. Starting from version 1.0.2.g SSLv2 is turned off, see [https://www.openssl.org/news/cl102.txt]: {{{ SSLv2 is by default disabled at build-time. Builds that are not configured with "enable-ssl2" will not support SSLv2. }}} That would mean, {{{sslscan}}} cannot be build anymore, unless openssl is being configured with "enable-ssl2". -- Ticket URL: <https://trac.macports.org/ticket/50855#comment:1> MacPorts <https://www.macports.org/> Ports system for OS X
