 The selection system might not currently support this, but I think it
 would be convenient if, say, 'port select python python27' to also added a
 /opt/local/bin/pip -> /opt/local/bin/pip-2.7 symlink if py-pip is
 installed (and *only* if py-pip is installed, of course).
