Tix, Togl, and Netgen all seem to work fine. The only real problem is with NGSolve and clang. It seems that the ngsolve project suffers from differences in [https://gcc.gnu.org/wiki/Visibility vague linking] between clang and gcc. If you can convince the project to fix these then we could have shared libraries (using `-fvisibility=hidden` is a good practice, it seems). I had to make a few changes to the portfiles you provided: - dropped ATLAS due to problems linking with the correct gfortran - use Accelerate framework for lapack - use released tarballs instead of subversion - general cleanup The ATLAS dependence shouldn't be a big deal because this is finite element and hence sparse.
