Please try rebuilding those packages. Hopefully they all use API that wasn't deprecated and purged, and we can just rev-bump each of them.
I think that /opt/local/lib/libxcb-{atom,aux,event}.dylib were merged into /opt/local/lib/libxcb-util.dylib. I was mislead since I saw new xorg-xcb-util-* packages. I rebuilt all packages. Only startup-notification needs to be updated (Last version is 0.12).
