 Portfile probably contains a few errors:
 - ARCHFLAGS not required to build serf;
 - CFLAGS is not defined properly;
 - Assembly serf requires LINKFLAGS;
 - serf SConstruct can use environment variables, it requires command-line
 arguments;

 For add build variant universal should fix the Portfile:
