#51844: qt4-mac link error lc++ not found -------------------------------------+------------------------- Reporter: kenneth.f.cunningham@… | Owner: michaelld@… Type: defect | Status: new Priority: Normal | Milestone: Component: ports | Version: 2.3.4 Resolution: | Keywords: haspatch Port: qt4-mac | -------------------------------------+------------------------- Comment (by ken.cunningham.webuse@…): Thanks, Jeremy. Revised patch finished -- just retesting a build on SL to make sure it still works cleanly. I'm sure it will. I don't have a leopard machine set up with LibCxxOnOlderSystems to verify that configuration, however. For interest, I'll also attach a log from a failed build without adding in the -lobjc link, and then another adding -lobjc but without adding -framework Security, so you can see what happens when you don't add in those libraries, if you're curious. The library selection logic breaks down somewhere in there, and these links fix it, but don't explain where the breakdown is. -- Ticket URL: <https://trac.macports.org/ticket/51844#comment:12> MacPorts <https://www.macports.org/> Ports system for macOS
