 I tried building version 0.12 but it requires fontforge 2.0 so no soap
 until that is accomplished (#43844).  But I doubt it has been fixed
 upstream yet since the problem seems to be with API changes introduced in
 poppler 0.31.0 just a few days ago and there has been no upstream commits
 since then.
