#36268: py27-pyqt4 @4.9.4 fails to upgrade -------------------------------+------------------------- Reporter: nonstop.server@… | Owner: michaelld@… Type: defect | Status: new Priority: Normal | Milestone: Component: ports | Version: 2.1.2 Resolution: | Keywords: Port: py27-pyqt4 | -------------------------------+------------------------- Changes (by ryandesign@…): * cc: michaelld@… (removed) * owner: macports-tickets@… => michaelld@… Comment: This message is coming from the qt4 portgroup. It may need to be updated for the new all-framework qt4-mac build. Currently the way it's supposed to work is: if the port debug variant is set, it requires that the qt4-mac debug variant is set. You may want to expand this to work the other way as well: if the port debug variant is ''not'' set, require that the qt4-mac debug variant is also ''not'' set. I'm not sure if that's actually required but it might be reasonable. I do this in the php portgroup. The way the portgroup determines whether to show the message might be simplified using the new active_variants portgroup. -- Ticket URL: <https://trac.macports.org/ticket/36268#comment:2> MacPorts <http://www.macports.org/> Ports system for Mac OS
