If you override "`autoreconf.cmd`" or "`autoconf.cmd`" or "`automake.cmd`", then MacPorts deletes those dependencies, on the reasoning that it does not know what this alternate command will actually do. MacPorts also automatically sets "`autoreconf.args --install --verbose`" or "`autoconf.args --verbose`" or "`automake.args --verbose`".
