 I have got the same error explained at
 [http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/JRUBY-5318]. Soft link to jruby seems to
 cause the problem. I attach a patch for bin/jruby, but I am afraid there
 are other files to be patched and even files in jruby-devel port.
