[MacPorts] #37685: Portfile for Sparse Bundle Adjustment
#37685: Portfile for Sparse Bundle Adjustment ------------------------+-------------------------------- Reporter: luminans@… | Owner: macports-tickets@… Type: submission | Status: new Priority: Normal | Milestone: MacPorts 2.1.3 Component: ports | Version: 2.1.2 Keywords: SBA | Port: libsba ------------------------+-------------------------------- I wrote a portfile for Sparse Bundle Adjustment Library (http://www.ics.forth.gr/~lourakis/sba/). The original CMakeLists.txt are completely rewritten so that we patch them with their diff files. If possible, it would be better to replace them with the new ones as attached separately in the directory sba-1.6 with their old versions. -- Ticket URL: <https://trac.macports.org/ticket/37685> MacPorts <http://www.macports.org/> Ports system for Mac OS

Are these changes based on upstream changes? The version(s) of the license should be indicated. Based on the comments in the source files I think the correct license is "GPL-2+"; do you agree? -- Ticket URL: <https://trac.macports.org/ticket/37685#comment:2> MacPorts <http://www.macports.org/> Ports system for Mac OS

Thanks for correcting the license. -- Ticket URL: <https://trac.macports.org/ticket/37685#comment:3> MacPorts <http://www.macports.org/> Ports system for Mac OS

What is their comment about these changes? I ask because we would prefer not to have to forever maintain these changes; we would like to install the upstream software as provided by its developers. -- Ticket URL: <https://trac.macports.org/ticket/37685#comment:4> MacPorts <http://www.macports.org/> Ports system for Mac OS

He told me that he would consider it next time when he could tinker with sba's compilation. Because now he do not have the time to look into what I sent. -- Ticket URL: <https://trac.macports.org/ticket/37685#comment:5> MacPorts <http://www.macports.org/> Ports system for Mac OS
