I am not too sure about the license. Since it's based on ccache. I assume it's GPL-3.

Not making symlinks to fortran compilers that are found (like that in the ccache port file), nor adding variants of fortran compilers currently in macports, since it's purely user's decision on how/when to use a compiler cache.
